The Battle is THE LORD'S You must understand that YOU CANNOT overcome the things that trouble you alone, by yourself, or without THE LORD. In fact, the struggle, trouble, and battle that you have- is The Lord's Battle. Why is your trouble and struggle and battle- The Lord's? The reason is: The Lord is all Truth and all Wisdom and all Spiritual Light (Understanding). He alone, can overcome and fight: darkness, confusion, and unrighteousness. He alone, can win the battle; therefore the battle is The Lord's. The battle is not yours, it is The Lord's. It is a spiritual battle, between Good and evil. The Truth of Goodness overcomes the falsity of evil.
Exodus 14:14 - The Lord shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace.
Deuteronomy 20:4 - For The Lord your God is He that goeth with you, to fight for you against your enemies, to save you.
1 Samuel 17:47 - And all this assembly shall know that The Lord saveth not with sword and spear: for the battle is The Lord's,...
2 Chronicles 20:15 - And he said, Hearken ye, all Judah, and ye inhabitants of Jerusalem, and thou king Jehoshaphat, Thus saith The Lord unto you, Be not afraid nor dismayed by reason of this great multitude; for the battle is not yours, but God's.
2 Chronicles 20:17 - Ye shall not need to fight in this battle: set yourselves, stand ye still, and see the salvation of The Lord with you,..
2 Chronicles 32:8 - With him is an arm of flesh; but with us is The Lord our God to help us, and to fight our battles. And the people rested themselves upon the words of Hezekiah King of Judah.
Psalms 23:4 - Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for Thou art with me;..
Psalms 24:8 - Who is this King of Glory? The Lord strong and mighty, The Lord mighty in battle.
Psalms 34:22 - The Lord redeemeth the soul of His servants: and none of them that trust in Him shall be desolate.
Psalms 35:1 - Plead my cause, O Lord, with them that strive with me: fight against them that fight against me.
Isaiah 27:1 - In that day The Lord with His sore and great and strong Sword shall punish leviathan that crooked serpent; and He shall slay the dragon that is in the sea.
John 18:36 - Jesus answered, My Kingdom is not of this world: if My Kingdom were of this world, then would My servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is My Kingdom not from hence.
Why do we not return evil for evil, hurt for hurt? Because the battle is The Lord's. Why are we not afraid? Because the battle is The Lord's. Why do we not panic? Because the battle is The Lord's. Why are we non-violent? Because the battle is The Lord's. Why do we turn the other cheek? Because the battle is The Lord's. Why do we have patience, when we are persecuted? Because the battle is The Lord's. Why do we stand firm? Because the battle is The Lord's.
Say this: The Battle is The Lord's The Battle is The Lord's The Battle is The Lord's
Remember this when things seem to be going too hard for you!
The Voice of the LORD The Voice of The Lord is The Word of God. It speaks to your heart and mind. There are many loud, meaningless voices in the world. The voice of: pride, evil, hate, anger, foolishness, vanity, materialism, and unrighteousness. These voices of the world try to confuse us and lead us down the wrong path. The crowds in the world follow these meaningless voices. They are dead and not living. Your challenge is to hear the Voice of The Lord, and block out the voices of the world, and follow the Voice of The Lord. If you want to Live, then follow The Voice of The Lord. God makes known to us His will, and His identity- through His Voice, which is His WORD. JESUS is The WORD OF GOD, and therefore THE VOICE OF GOD.
GOD’S WORD is GOD, GOD’S VOICE is GOD. John 10:30 - "I and My Father are One". Those that Hear and Obey the Voice of the Lord will be saved.
John 5:25 - "Verily, Verily I say unto you, The hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the Voice of the Son of God: and they that Hear shall Live." John 10:27 - "My sheep hear My Voice, and I know them, and they follow Me". John 6:63 - "It is the Spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: The WORDS that I speak unto you, They are SPIRIT, and They are Life." John 8:47 - "He that is of God heareth God’s WORDS:.." John 18:37 - "...Every one that is of THE TRUTH heareth My VOICE" John 14:24 - "He that Loveth me not keepeth not My Sayings: and THE WORD which ye hear is not mine, but THE FATHER’S which sent ME.
Elijah was afraid of the voice of Jezebel, so he ran away into the wilderness. He was listening to the voices of the world. These voices of error, try to frighten us. The Bible tells us not to be afraid of them, or what they do to us. Elijah’s experience in the wilderness, taught him, not to be afraid of loud noisy voices of fear, but to LISTEN TO THE STILL SMALL VOICE, which is the Voice of The Lord. Read - 1 Kings 19:11-12 Note: (the Bible tells us, the Lord was not in the wind, and the Lord was not in the earthquake, and the Lord was not in the fire) The Lord was the STILL SMALL VOICE, which Elijah heard, even during the the noise of wind, earthquake and fire. Can you hear the Voice of The Lord speaking to your heart and mind? Can you block out the loud voices of the world, that tempt you, try to frighten you, and try to lead you astray?
Please Listen to this message from the Lord: Matthew 7:24 - "Therefore whosoever HEARETH these sayings of Mine, and DOETH Them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock." Your House is your Understanding. The Rock is JESUS.
Ezekiel 3:10 - "Moreover HE said unto me, Son of Man, all MY WORDS that I shall SPEAK unto thee receive in thine heart, and HEAR with thine ears". Listen to The VOICE of The LORD, and LAY UP His WORDS in your Heart.
Please ignore the vain, and misleading voices of the world. What would it profit you if you gain the world, and lost your soul? Matthew 16:26 - "For what is a man profited, if he shall lose his own soul? Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?"
Many of you have expressed these problems: "I don’t know what the Lord wants me to do." "I am seeking the Lord’s guidance and direction." "I don’t know if I should go to college, or help the homeless and needy". "I don’t know if I should start a business or not." "I am not sure which way to go."
Hear are the answers to all these questions. The Voice of the Lord is within your heart, and you can hear it, if you block out the voices that try to confuse you. Money and the wealth of the world, leads many astray. Don’t you be one of them! Pride and fame and admiration of others, leads many astray. Don’t you be one of them!
Hear is the Voice of The Lord: "Be Humble, meek, kind and Loving." "Forgive others, pray for others". "Follow after righteousness". "Do what is Good". "Be honest and speak the Truth". "Think about The Glory of God". "Live your life, as if every day, were your last". "Do not follow the comfortable, easy, lifestyle of the rich and famous". "Walk and listen, then obey, then help others to obey". "Love others enough- to sacrifice your career, your ambitions, and your life, for their sake, that they might receive the salvation of their souls". In one sentence - "Live your life as a living sacrifice, for the sake of your brethren". Glory to God, His Truth is Marching On. Amen Amen
Pray for and Love Others - even your enemies You have no idea of the incredible spiritual things that are happening. There are infinite things that you do not understand; spiritual things that you cannot see with your physical eyes. The following things that you will be told are absolutely True. Do not doubt, just believe and you will be free. You may think that it is amazing but: When you pray for and Love Others - including your enemies, you are being freed from your own bondage! Do you want to be Happy? There is no other way. Do you want to relieve your stress? There is no other way.
Jesus told us the following: Matthew 5:44 - "But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you:"
Why did Jesus tell this? Was it merely a good thing to do? The Truth is very wonderful. When you obey the Words of Jesus, by praying for and loving everyone, your own situation is affected. Your own bondage and captivity is reversed.
The man Job- relates to us all. He had so many troubles and even his friends spoke against him and persecuted him with their words. But Job had to Pray for these persecutors (his friends). Job had to overcome his anger, hate, and self-pity. Job had to Love and Pray for those who were despiteful to him. He had to Pray for and Love his enemies. Because when he did this, his own bondage and captivity was reversed.
Read the Following verse: Job 42:10 - "And the Lord turned the captivity of Job, when he prayed for his friends:"
It is the same with you. When you sincerely Love and Pray for everyone - even your enemies, meaning those who have oppressed you or hated you or harmed you, then you are set free from all of your own bondage!
Look upon the unlovely through eyes of Holy Love. Look upon your enemy through eyes of Holy Love. Look upon your oppressor through eyes of Holy Love. Look upon the unkind through eyes of Holy Love. Look upon the unthankful through eyes of Holy Love. Look upon the ungrateful through eyes of Holy Love. Look upon everyone and everything through eyes of Holy Love.
When you pray for and Love Others - including your enemies, you are being freed from your own bondage!!!!!!!! Loving fulfills all the Law and the Prophets, and is The Commandment of the Lord. |
